How to
Register
1. Online Registration
With online registration you can see up-to-date availability, pay with a
credit card or electronic funds transfer, and receive instant confirmation.
If you registered online last year, your account has been saved in our
database. Once registered, you will receive confirmation and follow-up
information via email for your completion and notarization, including a
Parent Authorization form for our challenge activities, a Camper Contract, a
camper Health Information Form, and a
What-To-Bring list. The supplemental information (excluding the What-To-Bring list) is
required for attendance at Cedarkirk.

*Registration for You and Me Camps is available for Online Registration, but each participant must be registered individually.
2. Mail-in Registration:
If you are unable to register online, please use the
paper registration
form. This form can be copied if you would like to pass one along to a
friend. Once we receive your application, it will be processed in the order
received. Once registered, you will receive confirmation and follow-up
information via email for your completion and notarization, including a
Parent Authorization form for our challenge activities, a Camper Contract, a
camper Health Information Form, and a What-To-Bring list. The supplemental
information (excluding the What-To-Bring list) is required for attendance at
Cedarkirk.
